Preparing for Value Based Payment Part 1
The Enhanced Home Health Aide Training Program is designed to equip certified home health aides with additional knowledge and skills to function more effectively in the evolving, outcomes-based, value based payment environment. With the use of adult learning techniques, students will enhance their provision of basic health services as well as learn to become integrated members of the multidisciplinary care team to transform the home care delivery system for improved patient health outcomes.
