Stress Management (Online)

Stress is the body’s physical response to anything that is challenging or makes you feel threatened in some way. Intense job pressure can lead to  short-term or long-term physical or emotional distress. The goal of stress management is to identify your stressors and decrease their negative effect on you. In this training you’ll learn how to identify stress and learn practical tools on how to manage it.
