Kim Dill has served as Executive Director of SAGE Upstate since 2003, leading the organization’s efforts at reducing isolation and improving the health of older lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in Central New York. She has 30+ years of experience working for organizations LGBT people.
Rob Pusch is an instructional designer specializing in the design and development of online teaching and learning. Over the years, Rob has been involved with offering workshops and trainings on LGBT Issues, and specifically transgender issues in the workplace. As a consultant, Rob is a co-author of the Cultural Detective LGBT package and offered workshops and presentations on transgender issues at universities, businesses, and the Syracuse Veterans Administration hospital. Rob has been active in the local Syracuse area, serving on the SAGE Upstate board of directors, the Syracuse University Senate Committee on LGBT Concerns, and volunteered as a youth group facilitator for the Q Center, the LGBT youth center located in Syracuse New York.
