Supports organizations’ efforts to enhance cultural competency by providing training that empowers and supports providers within the aging network and LGBT community to better serve LGBT older adults.
This is a value-based payment approach that educates health care providers about the existence and unique needs of LGBT older adults.
This training provides ways to address these needs and positively influence client satisfaction and other quality measures.
