In the long-term care environment, recognizing signs of substance abuse can be tricky, particularly when they may be confused with distinct cognitive or behavioral challenges. This training will provide direct care workers with tools to identify behaviors potentially indicative of substance abuse and avenues to support patients and residents who may be living with addiction challenges.
