As part of her experience, she has trained and worked with Dementia & Alzheimer’s patients with all levels of dementia and can train staff knowing what works and what doesn’t. Bernadette has worked with Alzheimer’s & Dementia clients in home for 7 years and truly understands the difficulties that families and their loved one’s face. Prior to that she worked as an underwriter and claims adjuster for a personal lines insurance company which included training all new employees in both departments. Her compassion, experience and friendly nature keeps her audience engaged and her interactive training style engages all types of learning styles.

Kelly Parisi joined Senior Home Care Solutions in 2019. She has a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology with 25 years of experience in communication disorders. While caring for her ailing mother who recently died of Alzheimer's Disease and Vascular Dementia, Kelly became aware of Teepa Snow's organization, Positive Approach to Care™. She became passionate and felt a desire to share this approach with others. She is certified as a Positive Approach to Care™ Consultant and Trainer who trains healthcare professionals and consults with families about dementia.
