PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANTS (PTAs)

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANTS (PTAS) provide treatment according to a plan developed by and under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. They help people of all ages who have medical problems or other health-related conditions that limit their ability to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. Physical Therapy Assistants work in skilled nursing facilities, physical therapy offices or in hospitals.
