Observe, Ask, Report 2 (Online)
Observe, Ask, Report (OAR) 2 is a module designed to establish the relationship between NYS MLTC Quality Measures and their impact on patient’s improved care. This training equips the interdisciplinary home care team, including home health aides, with the understanding of these measures, Value Based Payment and Potentially Avoidable Hospitalizations (PAHs). Participants will learn how to clearly communicate with their supervisor and the interdisciplinary team any changes with their patients in real time using low cost technology. This module is 4 hours out of a 16 hour training and will be taken after OAR 1.
