INTERACT Certified Champion Training (2 Consecutive Full Days)
This training prepares interdisciplinary teams with tools and processes (based on the evidence-based quality improvement program INTERACT) that may be integrated into daily care delivery and performance improvement programs. These opportunities hold relevance for direct care professionals in residential long-term settings and are limited to 50 participants per session.
- Participants will learn about the full program, including it’s tools, best practices, and integrating INTERACT into a performance improvement program.
- Designed for staff members in any discipline who leads efforts related to reducing unnecessary hospitalizations and re-hospitalizations.
