Improving the LGBTQ Patient Experience
This training recognizes the implicit bias found in society and its influence on healthcare. As a result, this training is implemented to tackle those biases to improve the LGBT patient experience. Best practices will be addressed to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. In addition, appropriate language will be practiced in reference to sexual orientation and gender identity and expression.
