Homecare Coordinator Training in a Value Based Environment
The goal of this training is to provide home care schedulers and coordinators with knowledge and tools to support home care workers to function in a value-based payment environment. Upon completion participants will be able to demonstrate effective problem-solving and:
- State at least 5 of the clinical VBP MLTC metrics
- Identify the patient perception of care of VBP MLTC metrics
- Identify the phases of the Patient-Aide Relationship.
