This is a casual drop-in peer discussion group where healthcare workers can come together with peers from similar backgrounds to share experiences, wisdom, and resources for navigating grief and loss. This is not a workshop. Participants can expect mindfulness skills and activities, space to be vulnerable, and easy-to-use strategies to increase resilience and manage heavy emotions.
