This course will allow participants who care for clients to identify the disease process that leads to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and state two of its causes. Participants will be able to demonstrate how to support the management of a client diagnosed with COPD as well as identify interventions that can be used to reduce facility admissions or emergency room visits.
