Understanding the Five -Star Rating System – This training addresses the recent changes in the health care industry. Topics include understanding the difference between fee for service ad value-based payments. the CMS five-star rating systems and long term care quality measures. (4 hours)

The Patient Experience = This class identifies the way in which all job titles have an impact on the patient experience. Participants brainstorm ways they can improve the patient experience through their day to day interactions. Class is a combination of lecture, group activities, and videos.
