Caring for Clients with Depression, Dementia and Alzheimer

This course focuses on accurately assessing behavior so that frontline staff can practice good communication skills and patience with those clients with depression, dementia or Alzheimer.

During this training participants will learn:

  • The skills needed to provide proper support and assist in addressing the challenges these conditions present.
