Caring for Clients with Depression, Dementia, & Alzheimer’s

This four hour course focuses on accurately assessing behavior so the front-line staff can practice good communication skills and patience with those clients with depression, dementia, or Alzheimer’s.

During this training participants will learn:

  • The skills needed to provide proper support and assist in addressing the challenges these conditions present
  • Be able to identify the difference between depressive symptoms and dementia
